The device is one of the essential equipment for the spunlace nonwoven line of continuous sizing and printing process. During the past over twenty years of use, the device has been undergoing continuous process improvement and equipment innovation. Up to date, it is easy for roll change, for clean scraping, for uniform sizing, and clear printing. The printing roller change can be done in fifteen minutes, compared to the past about three hours’ time, this has greatly reduced the production cost and improved the production efficiency.
